Sometimes uninvited guests are an underlying health issue that can cause serious, long term diseases or on-going problems, such as headaches or abdominal pain. Many uninvited guests live for years in body’s that have weak immune systems, weak thyroid function, or candida filled intestines. Some of these people take potent anti-parasitic herbs and find they only get partial results. The best supplements in the world will not kill all the uninvited guests if one indulges in an unhealthy diet filled with processed foods and lots of sugar. Eat plenty of raw, fresh, organic fruits and veggies.

Recently, I helped my husband forget about the internal organisms that were in him! Unpleasant odor from the mouth no longer bothers us. I used these methods on a daily basis!


Add plenty of turmeric to your food dishes or smoothies or make tea. You can even take supplements if the taste of turmeric doesn’t appeal to you.
Many modern curry powders contain very little turmeric.


This spice adds punch to your food in addition to removing uninvited guests. Start by adding small amounts to your food and then increasing the quantity.

Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds

For the freshest pumpkin seeds, remove the seeds from your pumpkin and expose them to air for a few days to dry them out and eat them raw fist thing each morning.

Or if you like you can then bake them at 150c for 30 minutes with your favourite cold pressed oils and seasonings such as cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.

Seeds make a crunchy addition to cereals, porridge or salads.

For a morning tonic, grind the seeds along with watermelon seeds into a powder and take with aloe vera juice on an empty stomach each morning.

For a delicious salad dressing; grind seeds with fresh garlic, parsley and coriander leaves. Mix with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice.
